I went to a bar for happy hour and to listen to some opera singing last week at “Opera on Draft”. PBR sponsored the event and pounders were only $2.50 which makes everything more fun. There were some powerful singers but they didn’t even shatter any glasses – totally disappointed about this. My favorite quote from the night was from a very hunky tenor, “Broadway is for actors who can’t sing and opera is for singers who can’t act.”
