Howdy Cowgirls and Boys,
What a weekend! Matt and I decided to head up to Hot Spring, MT, population 567, to soak in the therapudic sulfur baths (smells like rotten eggs) and take part in their 60th annual Homesteader Day.
We spent the day antiquing:

Sweet Daisy Duke Shorts!!

Are these HD?

We bought those 3 semi clean chairs for $35!!
Drinking with locals:

What's on his mind?
And going to the Rodeo!!
This was my first rodeo and all I have to say is I am right on track to become a barrel racer or rodeo clown in the next few years after watching. We sat behind Ma and Pa and enjoyed the bucking bronco and roping action to start it off:

Beer, Boots and buckles

Side saddle for Cowboys...look close, you can see him biting the dust
As you can imagine, I was really looking forward to the women’s barrel racing, but the 2 women competing were off flirting with the cowboys and missed their start. So in their place they had little women compete.

One of a set of 8 year old twins wearing pink...double trouble for dad

She is 2!!!!
All I have to say is if a 2 year old can do it can’t I?!
After hours of enjoyment and near death stunts, we went back to the Symes Hotel and Hot Springs “Resort” for a mineral dip and dinner.

The funky Symes Hotel
Road tripping around this beautiful state is going to be a blast. I could not help but add a couple more pics for some local Montana flava. Enjoy!!!

The neon socks belong to the lunatic, also known as the Rodeo Clown
I am so jealous right now. All I did this weekend was drink Bud Light Lime until I passed out.
