Garden City Livin’

Morning from the Garden City! If I was wondering before, I now see why it is named that. I had to drive around to 4 different garden stores (getting lost only 4 times) and fight other gardeners for compost for our garden. Everyone has a garden here, it’s awesome! Our plants went in on Monday and I am proud to say that I have not killed even 1 of them yet. Here are the before and afters:

Another big project I decided to tackle was changing the dirty rotten paper covering our kitchen shelves. This project was dirtier then gardening but necessary.

We hung pictures last night and finally put away our clothes after wearing the same thing for 3 days. Matt was worried that I would not leave him an inch of space for his 5 shirts and 2 pairs of pants (he was right), so he had to build me an additional closet. With the new closet working for most of my stuff, he now gets 2 shelves in the old mini hole in the wall- you’re welcome!!

We also used our new grill – which we will be doing every night. Check it out, can you tell Matt is very happy?.
